A
trustee can be any individual or body corporate who is capable of holding
property and competent to enter into a valid contract. It
is mandatory to register the trust deed if it is a charitable or religious
trust. The Trust Registration can be
made only on the state were the registered office of trust is situated. Trust
received various tax benefits if it is formed as public trust after
registration. If it is registered with the income tax than it can also get
various tax exemptions. An NGO Registration can be registered under the NGO Act if it
is formed for charitable purposes. If it is formed as a Public trust than it
can give benefit to the general public and can work for public welfare. The
management of the Trust is in the hands of Trustees who is the original
contributor and he cannot be removed by election.

An NGO Registration can be registered under the NGO Act if it is formed for charitable purposes. If it is formed as a Public trust than it can give benefit to the general public and can work for public welfare.
